The disability advisor will be able to discuss with you what support may be available and who needs to know what information. You will be asked to sign a ‘Permission to Disclose Personal Information’ form stating what services or departments you allows us to share information with.

Yes. All your personal and medical information are confidential. The results of your tests can only be accessed by your healthcare provider. On very rare occassions, full disclosure on your medical record by required by the court of law.
